I got here 12:45pm was told to dock on #2 it is now 6:29pm still waiting for them to start loading this place will waste your hrs. Don’t pick up here. the security guard is really nice though

I placed an order with Best Containers for 2 5 gallon black steel pails. After a few days and I didn't receive a status I requested a cancellation. I was told that the order had shipped. When the order arrived the box contained 2 small plastic bowls . I was told that I would be issued a credit. 3 days later my credit card was charged for the amount of the order. That was a week ago. I used to love epilog. I've used many of their machines over the last 20 years and do believe they make good machines. However their sales and service is very bad now. When your machine is down and you need help you can't get service. It took me over a week last time I had an issue to get back up and running. I finally decided to purchase another machine for backup and overflow and I couldn't get a sales person on the phone. Nobody at their headquarters or sales distribution center will call me back. So I have made the decision to move on to another Company that I can rely on.
