I have Hurricane Sundeck that I’ve been routinely getting serviced by a third party because I always thought I would be saving money and going to the dealer would be too pricey. I recently had issues with my engine not starting, throttle issues and some other water issues and I took the leap and brought it to Windward Boats. I spoke to Jeff, who was extremely helpful and scheduled my appointment. When I went in, I met Greg, who was very knowledgeable and personable. They were able to diagnose the problem within a few hours and found several issues. I was anticipating a hefty bill but it wasn’t too bad. The next day I picked up the boat and Greg went above and beyond to explain to me what they did and he even showed me what I could do in the future to help maintain my engine. Because of the excellent customer service, I will be coming back to Windward Boat for all my service needs. Mahalo!!!!

Came in to purchase a hobie kayak. Stan is the man when it comes to Hobie and was friendly and knowledgeable. I deducted the one star because when I got home and took off the bubblewrap, I saw that a chunk of plastic was missing off of the rudder. I’ll also say it was my choice to leave the bubble wrap on the ends of the kayak to protect it while I get it stored at my home. Windward boats kept the kayak wrapped in storage so they couldn’t have seen it, so it’s more of a dig on Hobie for shipping over a broken product. Stan contacted Hobie immediately and will get the kayak fixed, but it’s another couple trips to Kailua to get something that should have been brand new, fixed. 5 stars for Stan but not Hobie.

Terrible customer service. Also very poor quality products. Bought two $700 ceiling fan from them, one stopped working after 14 months. Contacted Global Industrial, they said warranty expires at 12 months and they will not offer any refunds, warranty, or even a discount on a replacement fan. Terrible.

Do not do business with this man. I put a 8700 deposit in late April 2022. The first week of May, I cancelled the order. I’ve attempted several times to receive a refund. There’s always an excuse or delay . I have no choice but to now go through a legal route to get my refund. DON’T DO IT

H&H Trailers are good trailers and if there happens to be a problem with the trailers they will make sure it is fixed by H&H Trailers standards. I worked at H&H Trailers back in 2003' - 2008'. Was a great opportunity to learn how to weld. I started off in the Wood Department, then moved to the welding line on the Big Line, where the bigger trailers, "101's, 8x's, and fifth wheels are built. I quickly became the leadman welder on the big line. I learned on how to be a team player and major responsibilities. So I have seen a lot of trailers go out the front door and very little come back for repairs. But it does happens. Management turned over several times. If you did not keep up with demand, you were replaced quickly and without remorse. You were rewarded with cookouts and a simple praise. Good money back in the early 2000's. Just like anything you do, if you believe in yourself and work hard you should see a difference.
