One of the worst Billing Departments out there! They will send you past Due invoices demanding payments for orders that were paid in advance by Credit Card! Knowledgeable sales people but they can't make up for a company that wants to charge you 3 times for things you have already paid for!

I called today looking for a very specific and uncommon (to me) tubing. Staff was extremely helpful, she promptly found what I needed, had it in stock, emailed me a quote and a salesman contacted me to schedule delivery ASAP. Highly recommend.
