First time here to pickup a load of batteries and the staff is friendly and helpful they didn’t waste anytime getting the trailer loaded from check in to out they only took about 1 hour and they even secured the load also

This is a response from an actual customer.
After buying 6 volt deep cycle batteries from a retailer of theirs, they started failing horribly in just 3 months. I believe I get about 50 AH out of 232 AH (what I'm supposed to get, 50 is giving benefit to the batteries probably less) . I have called this place several times. I was told Terry Campbell was over warranties. I left vmails, and he always seems to leave for the day way early. I have tried to reach his supervisor with no luck and sitting on hold forever. I'll see how they like getting their ratings reduced across multiple platforms until they decide to call back. DO NOT BUY THIS LOUSY COMPANIES GARBAGE. I'll be reporting them to BBB as well as consumer protection division in California.
