I purchased the minn kota raptors 8' from Xtreme ,not only was i very happy with the price ,the service was way beyond great! my sales rep Scott is a very professional rep and all around great guy to do business with. he answered all the questions that i asked ! he told me that my shipment would arrive tuesday he was wrong it came monday LOL couldnt ask for more ! GREAT customer service , a customer for life ! Thank you so much !

Great customer service. I emailed the company last Sunday to inquire if I could purchase a new plug for my Xtreme boat, since I lost mine under the dock while cleaning the boat. Within minutes, Brian from Xtreme Boats emailed me back stating that his admin department would contact me Monday and send me the plug. I had an email from Adrienne before 8:30 a.m. and received not one but two plugs by Wednesday AND at no cost! It may seem to many as a no big deal for a company to take the time and do such a kind gesture. As if it was owed to me. However, awesome customer service is seldom reported and appreciated. They didn’t have to do that. I would have happily paid for the plug. This makes me want to buy my next boat from them again because I know they take great pride on what they do and their customers. Many thanks!
