Called to inquire about dropping off my used pallets & how much they bought them for & the lady who answered was VERY RUDE & hung up on me. Not really a good business practice to hang up on people inquiring to know more about your business & wanting to provide you more business. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Pallet King is the BEST company to work with! I have worked with them for years. They are professional and courteous and provide excellent customer service! I would never buy from any other company!

Best pallet builds in South Florida. Our company has ordered specialty sized pallets and crates from them for over a year and we've never been disappointed. Owner is always willing to work with us on meeting difficult time lines and making improvements to builds whenever necessary.

Great experience purchasing pallets from this company. Besides having friendly and personable staff, they also went the extra mile in making sure I was satisfied and even loaded it all on the truck. Thumbs up Pallet Kings!

Amazing company with a true knowledge of its products and the industry. The staff is well-trained, highly professional and offers excellent customer service. If you have any need for pallets, you need to check out Pallet King first.
