All OTR drivers make sure you go to the office location BEFORE you get to this location. They have a locked gate up with a sign that says "Check in at office first" Nowhere to turn around unless you catch someone coming out the gate or NO call button just a keypad ???? The address is 150 Howell Drive Dalton,GA for the office,you would think they would add this info on the bill ???? Shipping/ Receiving is between docks 5 & 6 at the location with the gate. Beware they do break for lunch,but only took 2 hours to load us,which is reasonably good. Nice people. Both locations are just off the S.US HWY,76 Bypass so they are easy to find & get to. Hope this info helps other OTR Drivers ????

One of the nicest places I have ever delivered to. My company sent me there at 8am for what turned out to be a 1pm appointment. The shorter bearded guy that runs the receiving told me they would put me in a dock and do what they could do to help me out. I laid on the bed figuring I'd be there awhile, but nope... as soon as I bumped the dock, they were on top of it. In and out in less than 30 minutes. To top it all off, everyone I came into contact with there was super nice and professional. Hopefully some upper management sees this review, because the gentleman in the shipping and receiving office (as well as the others working the dock) definitely deserve some recognition. They're by far some of the nicest people I've come into contact with over the road the last few years. Thanks guys!
