I wanted a burn barrel thought of getting a used one figured it was stupid, I then decided to go get a new one saw a post from someone saying that they liked the person in the customer service so I decided I would go check out for myself. I would agree the staff is amazing would totally do business with them another time.
I was looking for a burn barrel and was surprised that no big box stores had them. I called McConnell Drum Service and the customer service was AWESOME! When I arrived to pick it up they were so professional, treating me like I was ordering 100! I was very impressed by this family owned business!

I spent $25 and was treated like a I was buying for a factory. Imagine how well they handle commercial accounts!

Great Customer Service!
I was only there to buy one 30 gallon barrel. Was treated as if I was buying 100! Candice, in particular, was very patient and personable.

Mcconnell drum is the best.
They Have everything you could possible need.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
Delivery is reasonable and pick up empty totes/drums.

Great service. Really nice folks. Easy to work with. Great selection and lots of stock. Its always nice to support a local business, espicially when they are so easy to do business with.

McConnell Drum Service, Inc. is a great facility with exceptional customer service. The warehouse is very well organized and with great prices for a wide variety of high-quality drums. It’s great to have such a service that is conveniently located in the Atlanta area.
