I placed an order with Best Containers for 2 5 gallon black steel pails. After a few days and I didn't receive a status I requested a cancellation. I was told that the order had shipped. When the order arrived the box contained 2 small plastic bowls . I was told that I would be issued a credit. 3 days later my credit card was charged for the amount of the order. That was a week ago.
