Loved working here for the last 5 years. Super fast paced environment to keep you on your toes. Only reason I left was because there’s a lot favoritism with the male employees. I was told there would be no raises this year or in the foreseeable future because of a buy-out that recently occurred, yet some people did got raises anyways. Guess who...the males in the company. Disheartening especially since I worked so hard to prove myself and learned so much about the industry and worked as if it was my own company.
