I needed pallet wood for some woodworking projects I was working on. They had a lot of options for constructed and deconstructed pallets. Their selection is huge and everyone is very relaxed and helpful. I dealt with Wayne and he was great. I am actually running low on my supply so will definitely be back soon to stock up.

drivers - do not come here. that’s as simple as i can put it. not a place for 53ft trailers with sleepers to come. don’t come here.

Trucks delivering!! Go north on Cicero, then left on Lake Street. Yea I know, under the elevated train is a bad place to be! A few short blocks, then at the Lavergne stoplight turn right just before the support that would prevent a right turn onto Lavergne. 45° turn over the curb then over the far curb and you’re there!!!! Great people and Fast offload!

VERY BAD Location for semi trucks!
VERY BAD employees!!
AND VERY CHEAP broker and customer.
I am highly recommend you not to do or to get close to this warehouse it is so tight very bad neighborhood very bad for semi trucks!!!

They bought $3,000 of product from me and never paid. Scam Artists.
I called you guys multiple times for payment and you just denied it. We called you to make sure Lalo was authorized to sign invoices on behalf of your company and your owner said yes. Your responsible for payment not Lalo as he was working for you.

I stopped by one day asking if I could buy just two pallets - to use as a low bed frame - thinking it'd be difficult to find a place that would sell in such a low quantity. Martha was in the office and helped locate the size I needed and even walked me around and toured the place for me! She was super patient and communicative with me during the process. Great business run by great people !

Guero Pallets helped us with a large project involving 1,300 skids among 5 different sizes. From pricing to quality to customer service, they are top notch. Without them this project wouldn't have ran so smoothly.
