very poor operation several attempts at requesting a quote which was never sent when calling the person who answers makes it very clear she does not want to do anything - go anywhere else as you can do much better than this outfit

Worst place ever hard to park they not paying good

I bought some used pallets here. ($9 each) U-line sells new ones for $10. I had 2 out of 10 pallets break on me. Not happy with this. I found the office staff to be a bit slow with order processing, and the customer service impersonal. Also, the street is quite busy so good luck getting to the loading area. It was totally blocked by 2 box trucks when I went.

Brought skids here many times and got cash, they will always pay even if broken. You might not make much but it's enough for a beer.
