I have done business with CS Hyde for many years and there is no one who does a better job in the industry.

Items still not shipped 4 days after online order; no response from support email. Calling them on the phone resolved the issue quickly though.

The CSRs at CS Hyde have bent over backwards to get me my order in the same day and even went so far as to special cut my items. I cannot recommend their service enough and their products are superior.

I cannot comment on there products but I will comment on the service.
After a call to CS midweek asking for pricing on Gasket material, I had to resend an email two days later to remind I needed pricing.
When I received the email with pricing.
All that was in the email were Two (2) lines with part number and price / yard.

This was received as a bothersome approach to my request !
If I were to treat my customer with this type of dis-regard I would have to shut the doors.
It is a shame the employees / or possibly the owners do not place enough focus about 'customer care' or 'customer follow up' to allow
their business to move forward.
I will have to find my product needs with another supplier only because I would be concerned about product delivery and support!
