This place is aids. Over eight hours, yet not done loaded. Been here since 3pm. By the time I wrote this review, still docked, is 11:10pm.

They Took a 2hr lunch break in the middle of loading me so I couldn’t make my next delivery on time there are pictures of the hard working office personel there’s nobody in the pictures the light on the door was stuck on red and didn’t work so I just set there until another driver ask for me if they had me loaded a lady came out and informed me that I had been loaded for a while I informed her that’s when she should turn on the green light so everyone knows not just her glad they had overnight parking so I could reset since I now need one

Picked up a load and was out fairly quickly. Staff was friendly.
Clean restrooms. Overnight parking is available.

Spend 4 hours on dock, came to office ask what’s going on - been told your dock is out of service!!!!!! ????????????????????hole, don’t come!!!!!!!!!

Nice staff, clean big facility about 1 1/2 hours to load but on 30 minutes from my appointment time as I came early. Restrooms available & I think overnight parking too.

very slow facility... 4-5 people at the office laughing and talking ???? care about drivers who havs to run overnight because of slow loading!!! came by appointment , waiting 5 hrs at the door and l called them 3 times when l call asked them they said just said 3 more pallets they keep say 15 more min l was there 6 hours waiting

Horrible place to pick frieght up from ...My appointment was 6pm and its now 10 pm and my truck hasn't been touched . Understand I arrived at 5pm and was told I must wait until six ...no problem but why does it take so long to get live loaded and its ran by DHL ????
