If I could leave zero starts I would.
My experience with this company is worse than bad. Purchased hydraulic scissor lift table. Arrived DOA. I was told that they will send someone over to fix it. Month later I was told they couldn’t find anyone in my area. They offered to pay for repair if I’ll find someone. I did, paid for evaluation but Bastian refused to pay for repair. Today, 6 months later, they finally arranged for pick up but forgot to give the driver bill of landing so he couldn’t pick it up!
Horrible and very frustrating experience with this company, their product and Mr. Charles Schollenberger

We tried for weeks to get a hold of someone in their sales department via emails and unanswered voice mails that we left on their never answered phones. When we finally got a live salesman he told us that they did not want our business because we never give them big jobs. I explained to him that we're currently shopping for a new vendor to competitive bid on jobs and if they wanted their foot in the door for our next facilities expansion they're going to have to take on some smaller jobs first. He still declined to come help us with a small problem we're currently having with our conveyor system. We were hoping to build a relationship with a company that is only 40 minutes away from our front door, but we'll gladly keep sending our money to our Hebron, KY based supplier since they seem to take on jobs large or small and return phone calls.
