H&H Trailers are good trailers and if there happens to be a problem with the trailers they will make sure it is fixed by H&H Trailers standards. I worked at H&H Trailers back in 2003' - 2008'. Was a great opportunity to learn how to weld. I started off in the Wood Department, then moved to the welding line on the Big Line, where the bigger trailers, "101's, 8x's, and fifth wheels are built. I quickly became the leadman welder on the big line. I learned on how to be a team player and major responsibilities. So I have seen a lot of trailers go out the front door and very little come back for repairs. But it does happens. Management turned over several times. If you did not keep up with demand, you were replaced quickly and without remorse. You were rewarded with cookouts and a simple praise. Good money back in the early 2000's. Just like anything you do, if you believe in yourself and work hard you should see a difference.

I I just had an interview with HR personnel. I have applied to weld there. The buildings are nice clean and looks like a good place to work. I've seen the end product of many quality trailers. But to really see the quality that goes into them is to stand at the fabricated material rack. I've been in this business for over 37 years and I know quality when I see it and they go Way beyond what they need to.. I'm looking forward to working here and I believe that you can trust h&h trailers to get you the best quality product here in southwest Iowa. So the next time that you're driving through Clarinda Iowa and want to know where the h&h trailers are made, come on by you will be thoroughly impressed I'm sure. Until then this is Joe Nader signing off have a blessed day.

I bought a H&H trailer on our way through PA heading home to NH. We had an issue with it on our way back. I tried calling the place we bought it first but got nowhere with them. The owner even laid blamed on me and H&H for the issue and said that is not his responsibility to fix it. Greg the owner is a real piece of work. Anyways, I called H&H and immediately got a call back and help in resolving the issue. Even though I'm 350 miles from the closet H&H sales place, they found a trailer dealership closer to me and had them make my repair. I've been in constant contact with the customer service guy at H&H. Sometimes things happen that are out of peoples control and to me, how a company handle these things speak volumes for me. This is my first H&H trailer and I'd buy another without hesitation.....just not from trailer place in PA.

Burned spindles and burned inner bearings on two axles after driving only 120 miles with no load. brand new trailer picked up at dealer and driven to my garage, no load. i decided to upgrade the wheel bearings ( i like timken bearings) and in so doing discovered all four spindle nuts over-tightened. two nuts were "lug nut" tight. as a result, two inner bearings were binding and spinning on the spindle. the bearing races and spindles are discolored from heat. also very little grease in the hubs. just enough grease to "wet" the bearings. if you buy an H&H trailer with lippert 5200# axles, go check your hubs now. there must be a thousand youtube videos on how to service a trailer axle.

I absolutely love the construction of my new trailer. I purchased it at Toppers and Trailers in Le Sueur, Mn. I suggest calling Brett if you are in need of anything they sell. Trailer is well made with Gusset reinforcement, etc.

I ordered a brand new trailer with a consession window in it , I own 2 mobile food trailers. I requested they center the window on the trailer from front to back. They installed the window clear down against the fender of the trailer , and customers cant even walk up to the window because the canopy door is so low you hit your head . Inside where I have to serve from I would have to get on my knees to serve. They wont do anything about it. They advertise how great they are , well they are not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MANUFATURER AT ALL. And also did you know if you want the front end of your trailer to match the other 3 sides it's an upgrade that they charge you for ? Otherwise your Blue trailer has the front end white , while other 3 sides are blue or whatever color you ordered ? They took way longer than was promised , I have bought 4 new trailers in the last 4 years, all the other trailers were Look brand and I have been very happy. But not with H-H will never buy another after this , and surely will never reccomend them. In response to your response , nothing had been to correct. I am paying 600.00 out of pocket to have it fixed. Even had to pay 100 to get a piece of aluminum to fix it from you , thru my dealer. I dont know about those drawings , I did not see that they were putting window down against fender. Every picture of every concession trailer I have seen always shows the window as high up the wall as possible. Common sense should have prevailed and maybe a phone call to clarify.

I purchased a H&H 7000# tandem axel trailer with a bifold gate last fall. After about a month I noticed the gate starting to get a bow in it. I called and emailed the dealer. No response.. Spring comes and I contact them 2 times before they decided to respond. H&H told them that each axel should hold 2000#s and one axel of the tractor would be on there at a time. (7000# trailer) They also stated that I must have loaded on a uneven surface. have a 2019 John Deere 2025r by the way. At this point I am thinking that this is a bit of false advertising. Also who in there right mind would put a loading gate rated at less then a quarter of the trailer capacity. H&H does. Upon further discussion with my dealer, H&H said they would ship out a new gate in a month or two, and that the dealer will modify it so it will hold more. How much nobody knows, or will know as it will be cobbled per H&H's recommendation. Fast forward to today. I was unloading the trailer and the left side hinge holding the gate on snapped. These where worst welds from a manufacturer i have ever seen. So, now I do not have a trailer, and the dealer says there's nothing they can do except wait for the new gate and H&H won't do anymore then that. I would like to know how they will cobble the hinge weld. What about the other hinge?? I can't use the trailer so I decided to drop it off at the dealer. Upon futher inspection one third of the welds on the railings are cracked. When I dropped off the trailer, the dealer wouldn't even bend over the look at the broken welds. He also stated "I don't know what more you want me to do" I now have to rent a trailer in the interim and H&H has no contact info on their website. They only want you to go through their dealers. The tailer is 6 months old and has less then 400 miles on it. Buyer beware. I don't trust this trailer at this point, buyer beware I guess. Attachments
