In 2013, I bought a 2009 Titan Avalanche 2 horse bumper pull trailer. I kept it for 9 years, it was the best little trailer, light weight enough but yet very solid. I had to replace the back gate latch once, so I called Titan customer service and they sent one in the mail within a couple days. In Feb 2022, I sold my Titan Avalanche FOR MORE THAN WHAT I BOUGHT IT FOR 9 YEARS AGO and upgraded to a 2020 Titan Primo 3 horse bumper pull trailer. Last week I noticed one of the day lights covers popped off, so I called customer service to order a replacement light cover (because I couldn’t find that exact one at Rural King or Farm and Fleet). Not only the customer service rep sent it to me within a couple days, but she sent me the whole light fixture, and for FREE!!! Whenever I’ll have to upgrade again, my choice is already made, it will be a Titan trailer. Thank you for excellent quality trailers and customer service!

Previously we were very pleased with our titan dump trailers in our rental fleet, but upon receiving our new dump trailer we have sent it out just once and already it has broken welds, peeling paint and dents in the walls and floor of the trailer. It seems the dump trailer is severely lacking in quality. The other trailers were tremendously sturdy and very well made. This new trailer has smaller axles, thinner gauge steel, only spot welds on the floor of the trailer and does not have the structural support on the walls as the previous models did. It cost us about $700 more to purchase this one and it does not come close to the quality of anything we have purchased with the titan name on it. I'm sad to say this will most likely be the last titan dump trailer we purchase.

Everyone is so amazingly friendly. I've reached out on multiple occasions regarding parts for my '03 horse trailer (bought used and still going strong). They are so helpful, knowledgeable, and generous. Their level of customer service is phenomenal. I would highly recommend them, and would even recommend their parts department to people with other brands of trailers.

I called Titan Trailers in need of a replacement VIN tag for my 2003 gooseneck. The lady I spoke with was very efficient and extremely nice. I had the new tag 2 days later. Hands down the best customer service that I have found in a very long time. Titan, keep doing what you're doing. Great product, and great customer service Thank You

I bought a used trailer. I took it back to Titan, they had it sand blasted, removed rusty areas, resorted bottom 2 ft, replaced a fender, the back tail gate, and side man gate, new tires and wheels and a paint job. Trailer looks great, they installed new LED lights and rock guarded the front section. I now have a new trailer for less than new prices. The Titan Trailer pulls great. Great customer service at reasonable prices. I will be back.
