Got hung up on by Sales Dept. twice!? Called Wednesday, 10 minutes to 5pm. Waited on hold for about a minute, someone picked up, said something into the phone and hung up. I initially thought it was a mistake and called back. This time, same thing happened except they clearly said, 'Do not call back'. I understand it was about 8 minutes before closing but this is terrible service. My question was quick and to the point, even if it wasn't at least ask if I wouldn't mind calling back tomorrow. In 2017 I purchased a new NEO NAMR, decently up fitted. Everything's been fine. Wanted to upgrade with another NEO and get hung up on. Why would you even answer the phone? Dumb employee and dumb move.

I purchased this 16x7 enclosed trailer in 2012. We were on our way up north to go four wheeler with friend. After about 5ks from home I pulled over to meat up with my brothers and friends. I noticed a noise from the trailer. I checked and noticed the front tires were rubbing on the rear tires. After further inspection we found the welds fastening the aluminum bracket that the axles are mounted to had broken off. We took the wheels off and dragged the axle out from under the trailer. I dragged the trailer home and put it on my hoist. When I lifted the trailer by the frame the rear axle stayed on the ground because the rear axle welds on the aluminum brackets also were broken There could very possibly a major accident if I wouldn’t have noticed and possibly caused an accident with fatalities. I called and spoke to someone in the warranty department & Explained the situation. I was told the trailer is out of warranty. I was told they could send me 4 of the aluminum bracket to reeled on to the frame. I can understand that the vehicle is past the warranty period. How ever I feel this is a serious safety issue. I am a licensed light duty and truck and coach technician and know that vehicle safety issues go on indefinitely now matter the age of the vehicle. This is the reason for my low rating on Neo Trailers. I think this is a serious enough safety concern that potential customers should be made aware of. I would most likely not purchase another Neo trailer
