Thanks for the overpriced garbage product - now I get to redo all of the painting because your tape is trash. It seems like this product was good a decade ago but 3M has gotten cheaper and cheaper over the years making the product less than useful

I've used many 3M products over the years while maintaining my home near the ocean in North Carolina. One of the best has been 3M's Metal Restorer and Polish from the 3M Marine Division. My most recent application came when I tried using over 20 products to clean soap scum and hard water marks from my shower glass door. Nothing was able to get the job done, despite using some expensive glass and tile cleaning products. In desperation, I reached for this 3M product. With small dab and a soft cloth I was able to do a test area with perfect results. Wow....the glass was perfectly clean with no side effects what so ever. When the whole door was completed it looked as new. Thanks 3M...your innovative products keep delivering value....time and time again.

It's rare for a corporation to stand behind their product, long after the consumer warranty has expired. I experienced a failure of one their products. On a whim, I contacted customer service. After sending some photos of the product, they shipped out a new one at no charge. Since many of their safety products have been copied or counterfeited, do not buy from large online retailers, but buy directly from 3M, or a reputable seller. The genuine product will cost more, but if you have a problem with it, you can deal with efficient, friendly U.S.-based customer support.
