I called their customer service line to get a quote. Carol answered the phone and was one of the least pleasant individuals I have dealt with in a very long time. She had a rude tone and it just felt like helping me (her job) was such an inconvenience. If my customer service employee's ever spoke to one of our customers or potential customers that way I would want to know about it immediately.
