Had a tripple axle trailer built and delivered in March 2020. Trailer is built strong, however, there are many paint issues that were noted at delivery and arrangements were made to get touch up paint delivered. Paint was never delivered. Paint did not adhere to any of the welds, as well as many other areas. Side hull supports do not fit hull as they should. Offers were made to send pics with measurements to make sure this didnt happen, and they were refused. Carpet has already split on many of the support boards due to sharp edges on the wood. Very disappointed in a less than 1 year old $6K trailer.
Wish I would have called these guys months ago after a summer's long search for a trailer. They got me fixed up quickly and for an amazing deal.
Super happy with the deal, trailer seems very well built and I left believing they'll stand behind their product.

I recommend Jim's trailers because of the high quality craftsmanship, and also the affordable prices. They have wonderful customer service who's always happy to help and well informed about the products. My trailer was completed and delivered on time, couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Jim's Trailers.

SCAM!! We paid a deposit and trailer was supposed to be ready in 8-10 weeks. 5 months later and every time I call its another excuse. I've asked for our money back and they don't "offer" refunds.
