Worst place ever to get loaded at!! Appt time was for 8a.m. it is currently 2:07 p.m. AND STILL NOT LOADED!! What is the point of having an appointment time if they aren't going to be ready for the appointment?!! No one wants their time wasted but I guess it's ok to waste other people's time!! Horrible place. If I could rate them no stars I would!!!

I read many negative reviews so I came here expecting the worst which was to be here a long time before being unloaded. It didn't happen that way. The only slow down was the guy unloading had to take his break and he apologized for that. They were nice and friendly.

I got here 12:45pm was told to dock on #2 it is now 6:29pm still waiting for them to start loading this place will waste your hrs. Don’t pick up here.

Arrived at place checked in , she already talking bout it gone be a couple of hours . Here it is 2:04 central time , I told her they got 2 hours at the max to get me in a door and loaded or I’m driving off

Friendly guard, FCFS unload 20 min every trailer so if its lane 3 trucks and more it took less then 1 h, be carefully when loading batteries weight 46 k p dry van..

Got here at 15:00 and and checked in. Was suppose to be a drop and hook but because they are a bunch of slow people they didn't have my trailer loaded and the load wasn't finished so I had to be live loaded. Now it's 19:20 and they still haven't gotten me loaded yet.

Got to the place at 8.50 in the morning got in the door at 9.15 my appt was for 10.00 it took them until 3.00 PM to finish me.never again ill come back to this place.aboid this place like the plague.unless you want to do your 10 hear.

Worst place ever. You can stay for 5 hours till they will decide to start loading you. Are not loading by appointment. Don’t let you too stay on where territory even if delay is because of them and you are in time by appointment.

I'm sure drop and hook is nice here. Live load...maybe I just got here on a bad day. Sitting in the dock for 4 hours so far and they haven't started loading yet. 14-hour clock just expired.

Fast unloading,not so friendly warehouse personnel. Security guy is nice,vest and safety glasses are provided by security if you dont have one. Leave your trailer doors open when exiting.

My visit here was easy in and out except sliding tendem to rear, yesterday i hooked up old trailer which fully loaded with batteries, guess what happen, it gave me hard time to slide tendem back to forward and no driver gave me a hand as i needed just kept driving by.
