The exterior is quite decieving because once inside the interior it's much more massive in scale. Hope to see more companies of this magnitude settle here in NY in the future.

Female Security Officer (short Hispanic) was courteous and professional when greeting me at the gate. Upon providing my Driver License, she radioed shipping dept and assigned me to a dock right away. Between the time I checked in and backing to the door, I didn’t spend no more than half an hour total to get a green light. Guy came out with bol and had me pulled so he could seal the trailer himself.
I don’t know about delivering but I’ll return to that business to pickup a million times ✍????????????????????????????????????
FYI, exit 4 off highway 190. It’s a huge facility. Cannot be missed

Went there to deliver and they ruined one of my load locks and said they can’t do anything about it. Worst dock manager they got and he should be fired the way he talks to the driver. Dude as no respect for anyone highly courage Tesla to look into it and fire this guy

Only truck here been here since 9pm last night was told check back in at 7am just to be told not due till 1pm but not a single truck here no reason they couldn't load me so I can get back on the road
