Never order from this company. The listings only are deceptive and they are unwilling to make a situation right for the customer. If you have any other options use another company for ordering industrial supplies. In short, the listing for an electric snowblower was more expensive than other listings with batteries and about 50% more expensive than listings without batteries. The listing said nowhere that the product came without batteries and when I contacted a customer service agent they insisted that there were batteries. When the product came without batteries they agreed to reimburse me for batteries. I went to get batteries locally and they then decided that they would only take a return. The product came 2 months after I ordered it and the season is almost over so returning it would mean I would not have a unit plus I would not be able to return the used batteries. I disputed the case to get a refund through my credit card. They then sent a bill for the disputed amount. As far as I am concerned they are either terrible at communicating or are the scum of the Earth. Both are unacceptable. Do business elsewhere.
