Even their used barrels look like new! Because of their great prices, prompt and affordable shipping, and superb support, I’ve purchased three rounds of barrels for a total of five. I like to purchase local so if I have questions or need support after my purchase it’s easy to find. Even though Janszen is seven states away, they’ve treated me like a neighbor, and have quickly helped me when I’ve had questions or needed their guidance. Buying from Janszen will save you a bunch of money and they stand by their products. I 100% recommend buying from Janszen.

JDP appears to provide excellent customer service. I purchased a 15 gallon stainless container from them a few years ago. I needed a replacement lid seal for this container and when I looked at JDP's catalog it appeared this container had been discontinued, but I contacted JDP anyway to see if they had a source for these seals. Evidently they still had some in inventory and said they would send me some replacement seals on them. It is hard to find customer service like this today.

Great product, great shipping, great price, they checked every box. On top of that, they maintained communication throughout the process and had great customer service. This was my first purchase and I hope will be the first of many. Product quality exceeded my expectations (especially for the price paid).
