Have purchased several trailers from them … quality has gone downhill and we also have had issues with wiring and electric. Fenders are also very weak. Customer service is lacking - they’re friendly enough, but they have 1 person who can use a computer and she’s never in the office so they’re rarely able to help.

Called about a fold down trailer ramp. Man i talked with blue me off. I've owned a starelite trailer for years. Good trailer, i figured if i ever needed help starlite would assist me; i was wrong. I need a ramp gate, not sure where to go from here.
