Had a problem with handling damage on an order. Spoke to Hazel in customer service and my product was promptly replaced. All she asked for was pictures, and as soon as she received them a replacement was in transit. You can't ask for a better response.

At the last minute, I found that I would not be available for delivery of my puller. I called Perpie and she was able to work some magic with the carrier so that I could make direct contact with them to schedule an easy and convenient delivery option. She understood my needs, contacted the carrier, returned a call to me and took a load off of my mind about the delivery. She delivered on what she said she would do and I got the delivery when it worked out for my schedule. Love it when a plan comes together! Thanks to Perpie for setting it up for success.

Post Covid it's been difficult to find companies that give decent customer service, but I have to say that Titan gave me excellent customer service from my first contact with them. They gave me everything a needed within an hour. Thank you Titan for hiring such great and caring employees.

I can 100% recommend that you do not buy any products from Titan. Their product was sent to me inoperable and the steps I need to take and the less than average employees needed to deal with are a hassle. I'll pay to fix it myself and recommend that people see if another company can meet their needs before gambling with your money with Titan Attachments

I have made 2 separate online orders from Titan and both have been great. The price is great being less expensive that other distributors. The shipping is fast much faster than others. The service has been quick and resolute. The items I purchased are awesome. I now have a root rake and forks for the front end of my tractor, both well made and very useful. For the 3 point hookup I now have a 6 ft tiller, very tough, and a rake. I will definitely be purchasing my equipment from this site from now on. Above all price (with quality) and service is unmatched.

Company is a joke. Would give 0 stars if it was an option. If you have an issue with your order they will appease you with warranty claim, escalation, double escalation etc…. through customer service process and they will do absolutely nothing to help you. They will just string you along with no resolution to your issue. You will never receive a call or resolution to your issue. I ordered a Titan spare tire mount that was defective when received and they claim they will help you, in the end you will never get any help that will solve your problem. You will be stuck with whatever you receive. Beware.

I have been trying to purchase a utv/atv landscape rake from this company for almost two years only to be told eachtime I call; because they have been "out of stock", that they can't say when they will be in. What? Really? Was told this am that parts come from guess where???? China... and then assembled in their plant in Tennessee. If I couldn't get a product for almost 2 years I would maybe find a different supplier??? It's been past due Titan to source your parts elsewhere. There are other rakes out there that obviously are not having ANY trouble getting parts. Why don't I buy one of theirs? Because Titan contacted me earlier this year with an in stock alert email saying they now had the rakes and tow frame -as it is sold together- they sent a rake only! Now I have the rake and no tow frame. Titan I have lost my patience with you. I live on many acres, could use many of your attachments but am done. I am going to find a welder to make a frame. Your company is a terrible disappointment and frankly shady. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. Do not do business with these people!
