ADDED BY REVIEWER: Baytec credited me the money for the buckets & lids. I would have preferred if they had worked with me to resolve this because I wanted to use these buckets. I ordered (3) sizes of buckets and lids online (despite the owner telling one reviewer they don't have an online ordering system). The 5G and the 3G are great and showed up promptly; however, the 2.5G bucket/lid pack, item # NGLL0025PK, is unusable. The red lids I received with the buckets do not fit on the buckets. They sent me new lids, but they were the same part and didn't fit either. Usually, the lid sits on the bucket and you rotate it, it clicks as the lid locks and gets tighter. These 2.5G ones for some reason won't sit evenly, they don't rotate smoothly, they don't click/latch, and they don't get any tighter. I can force them on by pushing down on them, but they just pull back off, like a Tupperware(c) lid. I've been working with the support/customer service guy and he's been responsive to my inquiries. They agreed to have me send them a bucket and lids to see the problem for themselves. I asked if the person working on it could deal with me directly, so I could be sure they got the items, were actually looking at it, and at least tell me "yes, we see the problem you are talking about." Instead, I have to periodically send an email to the support guy asking for updates, and he says they are looking at it and there's nothing new. After 12 days i was hoping they could at least agree there is a problem. Unfortunately, today he said "not to expect a resolution this year, they would issue me a credit", and I could now go away. I ordered a 5 Gallon Combo Pack Plastic Buckets & Lids and it arrived in the expected time frame with great communication along the way when requested. John with customer service was extremely helpful in answering my questions. The buckets are extremely nice quality and their website is easy to navigate. I'll be sure to order from them again.

Today is August 6th, I ordered a barrel July 1st, I still have not gotten it and I contacted them and they said it takes 7 days to track it and it may be lost. I asked for a refund and got no response. I'll order from Uline from now on

I have used this company for barrels in the past and had them in a week. This time i ordered gamma lids. Shipping took longer, they said it was due to a nation wide shortage of resin. Great quality and worth the wait.
