Very poor customer service. I’d not recommend this place to anyone. The owner is very rude and arrogant and has the audacity to tell a buying customer, “I don’t like repeating myself.” Maybe if he’d expressed himself clearly, he wouldn’t have to repeat himself. If I was given the option of zero stars, I would.

Bought not one but two 55 gal barrels from Houston Barrels. Owner was extremely nice and thoughtful in picking out barrels for my application. When I told him what I was using them for, he took a good bit of time to find just the right ones for me.
