I've worked for 28 years here at Stoughton Trailers, and yes we have had our ups and downs, but that's part of the business. Stoughton Trailers is a family owned business and I always felt welcome from day one. I am very grateful and thankful for the opportunity to prove myself as a worthy employee. Things have changed for me over the years, from being a assembly worker, to a welder, a team leader, to a weld tech, to teaching women of welding our first series. So to let you know there is always a chance for advancement throughout the company. I feel as though I am a part of the Stoughton Trailers family, where you are celebrated and not just tolerated. Lori steen is awful to work with and for. Upon my interview the first thing she said to me was, “I just don’t think you can do this you can do this job.” Before I was even able to truly introduce myself. This just gives you a glimpse into what she was like and what my time was like there. I found at time I was the only professional one. Her and her staff did not cultivate a very positive work environment, and in fact we’re not welcoming at all. Would not recommend anyone working with these people.

Absolutely terrible company to work for my father had a stroke and I had to go help I got approved for unpaid leave and I sliced my finger down to the bone and they fire me
