Internet sight said it was open. Drove an hour to get here and found out they no longer have a store. Update your sight before others make the same mistake

Best mozzarella on earth, and the farm is pretty amazing. They grow the crops that feed the cows that produce the milk used to make the cheese... The cow's waste is even used to power the farm and hundreds of homes. I want to film a full length documentary about the entire process

I've not been here - YET, however, the next trip I have going North from Houston I will call for tour times, that is if they have time to show you their pride & joy!. I was genuinely extremely happy to hear that "Big Cheese" wishes to emulate their facility. I think their facility is GENIUS !!! Good Old Fashioned American GENIUS. The rest of the planet looks to we Americans for our ingenuity, tenacity and our Boomer Generation SUPERIOR WORK ETHIC. I fear that the next generations that operate farms such as these, who haven't had to work hard labor jobs that they didn't like to accomplish a civic or national need. I'm so afraid that since civics and financial responsibility are no longer taught in high schools across America dumbing down the next generations and grabbing their attention with mindless video game playing and not lifting a finger to help those that house, feed and clothe them not demonstrating any appreciation of such benefits. This stems from low wages and families, both mother and father's, when still putting family first over self, have to work 2, 3 & 4 jobs just to make ends meet. That coupled with the void of corporal punishment has taught our children to EXPECT that they are owed these benefits that they continue to enjoy. All of those principles are not found on a family owned facility such as this dairy farm. I was so proud to see what family can still accomplish in this nation and I beg people to share their story and my comments if you would be so kind so our young are actually able to see the amount of hard work that goes into every glass of milk that they drink or chunk of cheese that they enjoy so readily. I applaud the Crave Brothers and their shining example of what it truly means to be an American that goes the extra mile to keep America the world leader that it has enjoyed being for more than a century regardless of what hurdles one must jump over to achieve their dream as the Crave Brothers Dairy Farm has here. Bravo Crave Brothers, Bravo!
Now, I have to get another job so I can put hade your wares as I find that once you come across a success story such as this, you MUST SUPPORT IT. It may take me the entire next year to save up enough money and buy an assortment of your cheeses as I'm a big cheese lover but once I get to that point, you'll be hearing from me so that I may place a cheese order for my son's and my enjoyment. Happy holidays Crave Brothers. Save me some of your most ages products for me please.
Be Well And Be Blessed In All Things, Always!

So enjoyed the piece on Good Morning America today. Loved seeing a farm and their family getting recognition for all their hard work. And it’s close to me. Loved it. And Charlie so great to see you at Watertown Ag Business meeting a couple weeks ago. Everyone always enjoys your fine words and your jokes. Miss you. So glad you came to meeting

The Crave brothers have created the most innovative dairy farm in the state, if not the U.S. The cheese is delicious and the calves and cows are cared for in fantastic facilities.

Very unhelpful people trying to make pick up. Two sets of docs nobody to help you find where to go. Mean dog likes to chase you around. The drivers badmouth you on the radio. They didn’t know I was a licensed ham operator and I was listening in on them.

It seems like a great dairy farm but I wasn't exactly sure how to arrange a tour. I also mistakenly thought they had a cheese store but they don't. I went into the office and looked for someone but no one was to be found. If you're looking for cheese I suggest you head down the road to Jim's Cheese Panty.

The list of why this place is amazing is too long to list, but it starts with George, Debbie and the entire Crave Family. Their product is incredible, their story inspiring and their practices are industry leading. If you ever get a chance to visit their farm be sure to ask George about their corn.
