Worked at this exhibition of boredom, cast offs and wierdos for 3 days. Workload isn't enough to keep one hard working person busy in the Warehouse, production lines are slow at best, every shipping process has too many steps and the shipping "clerk" can barely tie his shoes, much less produce quality work. Very nice forklifts, but all other equipment is dinosaur spec. Computer systems are multi-step timewaster 3000s.
This was presented to me as a busy, fast paced warehouse, but it is NOT. I shipped more in a morning at my last job, than in 2 and a half days here. They do offer a lot of bonuses and rewards for perfect attendance, but it's not life changing money. President/CEO is a "team builder" and "culture" guy, which sounds good on LinkedIn, but isn't very helpful in real life. Focus should be on drumming up more business and upgrading systems, so things could get done more efficiently. But hey, what do I know.
Long story short.....avoid if you can. Unless you want to get paid to stand around and do nothing. Not my thing.
