The exterior is quite decieving because once inside the interior it's much more massive in scale. Hope to see more companies of this magnitude settle here in NY in the future.

Had a problem with handling damage on an order. Spoke to Hazel in customer service and my product was promptly replaced. All she asked for was pictures, and as soon as she received them a replacement was in transit. You can't ask for a better response.

Randy was great and very knowledgeable about getting us the boat that fit us best. Casey made the application process fast and smooth. Casey was also very knowledgeable and helped us with any questions we had. We decided to have someone give us a demo of our new boat on the water which came with the deal. Brian came and really did a great job of showing us everything we needed to know about our new Hurricane boat. With his demo we feel way more confident and comfortable taking the boat out. The windward boat team was great all the way around and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

BASED UPON THERE NAME AND THE EXTENSIVE DEALER NETWORK FOR SERVICE AND SUPPORT, BOUGHT AND HAD GENERAX (LOCAL DEALER) INSTALL A 24KW SYSTEM WITH ALL THE BELLS AND WHISTLES INCLUDING 10 YR WARRANTY ON ALL PARTS AND SERVICE IN APRIL, 2022. DURING HURRICANE IAN, IT RAN FOR 70 HOURS, THEN CRAPPED OUT WITH A UNDER VOLTAGE DEFAULT (CODE 1902). AFTER INCESSANT CALLING THE SUPPORT TEAM, WHO CLAIMED THEY WERE THE LARGEST IN SW FLORIDA, I RECEIVED AN EMAIL BACK 7 DAYS LATER, THAT THEY WERE TOO BUSY. WHEN THE TECH FINALLY SHOWED, HE SAID HE WOULD BE BACK IN 48 HOURS WITH THE REPAIR PART. 14 DAYS LATER, NO ONE CAME; NO ONE CALLED. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY 10/27, AND BEGGED FOR A RETURN CALL. REC'D AN EMAIL BACK THAT THE TECH FOR MY AREA WAS WAS TOO BUSY AND MAYBE SOMEONE MIGHT BE AVAILABLE BY THXGVG. I WISH I HAD SEEN THIS PLETHORA OF SERVICE COMPLAINTS, AS I WOULD HAVE SOUGHT A RELIABLE PRODUCT MANUFACTURER AND A TRUE SERVICE PROVIDER. WHAT GOOD IS A 10 YEAR WARRANTY ON A NEW, VERY EXPENSIVE BACK-UP SYSTEM, IF THE MANUFACTURER/DEALER/SERVICE PROVIDER ARE MALFEASANT?

I contacted Generac from a quote in May, a man named Shane Flaherty emailed me a questionnaire to fill out and I returned. I never heard back from Shane even though I sent him multiple emails asking for a quote. Bad customer service! Now I read a review that they stole a veterans deposit. I will never consider them again and will gladly tell all friends and family!
